PlayStation Unable To Download From Creators Club

Hi, I am experiencing a problem with the Creators Club and the Online Sharing Hub since i have downloaded TSW3. All My downloaded liveries and scenarios were tranfered from TSW2 to TSW3. I van play them, i can see AI traffic with them but i cant download new ones. I can de-install the ones that were transfered but redownloading the same ones or others is just not possible. My Internet connection works, i have the necessary dlcs but it doesnt work. Can someone please help me?
