I wish there was a route where you were a union pacific train and the route went from like, Los Angeles, all the way to Phoenix Arizona.
I'd love UP Sherman Hill. Obviously, Sherman Hill in the steam era or transition era (1940s-60s) would be preferred as that would give us the ability to drive Big Boys, Challengers, FEFs, and maybe 4-12-2s. However, TSW2 doesn't have steam locos yet. The transition era would be better, and the route could include UP Gas Turbines, SD7s, GP7/9s, Alcos, Fairbanks-Morse diesels, E7s, E8s, E9s, etc. A 1970s-80s or present-day version would be great too. We need some more US diesels in the game, especially E-Units, F-Units, Alcos, FMs, and Baldwins from the 1940s-60s. The UP Gas Turbines are a necessity.
I also do not think DTG would commit to a 500 mile route even if the Unreal engine is capable of it. Cane Creek which is about 35 miles will be a good start. I am hoping for a longer route such as Cajon or Sherman Hill in the future.
