    Good afternoon,

We have seen player reports and are aware of an issue with PS5 systems having a different experience from other platforms on Midland Main Line. We are currently investigating this further and will update this post once we have more clarification.

Thank you for understanding while we work on a solution.

    Update 19/04/23
We've pushed an update to PS5 that should help address some of the issues players have been facing on the platform, please be sure to update your game before playing again.

We also wanted to share our update message for all users across Midland Main Line, regarding future improvements and a message from the Skyhook Games CTO Jane.

"We are happy to hear that some of you have been vocal in your excitement for the route, and since installing it you are enjoying Class 158, the new sounds, and the runs you've had across Midland Main Line so far, but we hear the feedback and know there are several areas of improvement.

I've seen multiple comments in this thread asking why doesn't Dovetail compile a list of all the various issues on Midland Main Line, and that's exactly what we've been working on since the release yesterday using the feedback raised across all of our social channels, the forums and from our ambassadors/beta testers.

We are doing our best to gather all the information we can and will be working closely with Skyhook to deliver them a comprehensive list of all the issues you are facing. Once this is with them, we will be addressing as much as we can to improve the overall experience of the route.

For those of you who are running into any problems that you've not yet seen mentioned, please post about it in the Technical Reports section on the forums.

We understand the love this community has for this route, the Class 158 and the Class 43 HST, and we are committed to delivering the best experience we can. You will hear an update from us on the status of a patch for Midland Main Line the moment we have more information, until then thank you for your patience."
