Game Update Update Notes - February 26th

Good morning everyone,

Alongside our preparation for the release of Salzburg-Rosenheim tomorrow, we have a patch going live today which brings a small range of improvements to address various issues, including a set of achievements not unlocking on PlayStation and Xbox platforms, fixes for Formation Designer UI-related issues and an improvement to correct the GWE HST power car in Livery Designer.

These will be rolling out to players on all platforms over the course of the next 24 hours – Steam platforms should start to receive these updates, with consoles coming later.

Core

• Removed incorrect entry on the ‘My Trains’ tab for “GWR HST Mk3 TFD”
• Fixed various instances of unlocalised loco names in menus.
• Fixed an issue where the awarded medal would incorrectly scroll with text when shown on scenario completion screens.

Achievements

• Fixed an issue with the MSB: Clean Sweep achievement not unlocking on PS5.
• Fixed an issue with the RRO: Top of the Class achievement not unlocking on PS5.
• Fixed an issue with the RRO: Wupper Wonderer achievement not unlocking on PS5.
• Fixed an issue with the LGV: A Great Triumph achievement not unlocking on PS5.
• Fixed an issue with the Maintalbahn: Desiro-able achievement not unlocking on PS4 & PS5.
• Fixed an issue with the PBO: Pace Yourself achievement not unlocking across Xbox platforms.

Livery Designer

• Fixed an issue where the GWE HST had the incorrect power car livery.
• Fixed various issues with the visuals for UI buttons being distorted on PS5

Formation Designer

• Fixed an issue where duplicated vehicles could be shown in Formation Designer menus.
• Fixed gradient rating not updating when adding rolling stock.
• Fixed 'Total Weight' value being incorrect in the formation stats.
• Fixed formation name not saving when changing it via Formation Editor settings.
• Fixed an issue where the LMS 8F Stanier loco fails to be displayed. In Formation Designer Menus.
• Fixed the Copy shortcut icon which was showing greyed out on some occasions incorrectly, now operates correctly duplicating the current item of stock.
• Fixed the Up/Down shortcut button which was permanently greyed out, now works and allows items of stock to be repositioned in the consist.
• Fixed the Options/Copy button which did not work at all, does the same as the short cut by duplicating the current item of stock.

Scenario Planner

• Fixed an issue where an assigned formation was not being displayed if multiple services existed.
