We need a new version of the hst with the valentia engine, the current version is good but it feels quiet, my proposal is a 90s GWE with the extension to oxford or bristol, including the new HST with intercity swallow livery and the class 37 with intercity MK2 coaches HST Class 37 Mk2 coaches

Yes, but on a different route. Something like Newcastle to York or Exeter to Plymouth. Duplicating GWE wouldn't be favourable, and extensions for that route are highly unlikely. The Class 37 only wore Intercity livery for use primarily on the West Highland Line, Cambrian Coast Line and North Wales Coast. For main line use, a Class 47 in Intercity livery hauling Mk2 aircon coaches would be more appropriate.
I would love to see this - not only would it fit GWE, but the new Cornish route too and a vast number of potential future routes. I'd like to see Intercity Swallow most - that's my childhood and sitting in those Mk3s with red seats would be wonderful nostalgia. There are so many potential variants though.
