This suggestion is for the remaster of the current Class 390 sounds in TSW, for it to be updated to be more realistic to real life. CAB SOUNDS: the current Class 390 running sounds are not that great, when in the cab, you dont get that impression that your going 125mph, and it feels dull. RUNNING SOUNDS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR: In addition to the running sounds, the outside train sounds at speed dont sound paticularly great either. When the train passes it doesnt feel like its going too fast at all. And it sounds like every other train going at speed in TSW, which makes it dull, and boring. The current soundset for the Class 390 is recorded sounds from years ago, which, in today's standards, is definitely not the best. TEMPORARY SOLUTIONS: Honorable modder in the TSW community ItsYa165 a while back has created a class 390 sound mod, which is massively better than the current base sounds on the Class 390. I'd reccomend to give it a download if you haven't already. However, because mods are not available on console, they will unfortunately have to stick with the current sounds. In conclusion, there are a wide range of improvements DTG could do for the class 390, and it is such a shame that the 390 launched with an older soundset. Im a believer that every train in TSW deserves to have good, up to date sounds, this suggestion is starting a new series of suggestions where I suggest remasters of current TSW stock with better soundscape. Agree with this suggestion. The current sounds of the 390 are awful, apart from maybe the cooling fans.
