    Suggestions to create the vale of glamorgan line from Cardiff to Bridgend
    Approx 29 miles
    Operated by transport for wales.

    Possibly the class 150/2 or class 769
    Possibly also 153

    How about Class 170 & Class 175s. This Wikipedia link shows you the trains used by Transport for Wales used on the Vale of Glamorgan Line.

    Yh that's good but I didn't really see the class 175 in the vale of glamorgan line but I did ride one before and went in the cab once before.

    But I never known the the 170 and the 175 use the vale of glamorgan line.

    The class 756s would be good on this, once they are built, as well.
    Also, the 170s and 175s don't use this line, currently, 150s, 142/143s and 769s

    47 kms 29 mi end to end basically the same distance as HRR Duisburg-Bochum route. The difference between the two is that HRR is electrified but Vale is not electrified for the same distance. The exception to this is going to be at the Cardiff end where it's electrified for GWR Class 800s to London Paddington seen on GWML DLC
