    I don’t know if someone reported it but missing stop markers at harrow & wealdstone.

    I could not even find a spare seat at Watford Junction when I got on a train to MK.
    At Euston Station going into to external camera mode and moving around causes the camera to become erratic/stuttering up and down.
    Euston can be very choppy even on a PS5, especially when setting up a train.
    Still nowhere near enough passengers at Euston.
    Nice route but needs optimising.

    First class is the wrong way round on the class 390 a.k.a first class is at the Glasgow end not the London End which is should be

    Probably already mentioned but the 1972 stock is now incredibly sluggish, hardly managing to reach 35mph between stops. In addition to this, seemingly no one enters or exits the train. The wipers are also still about 200db.

    No passengers on the 390 as they all get off when you open the doors before departure except for depo moves, because you don’t open the doors. Then the coaches are full when heading for the depo (Multiple services)

    These 2 bins at the end of platform 1 at Euston seem to be very bright, this is on Xbox Series S!

    The second image is a visual bug with the Class 390 (couldn’t find a thread to report). In photo mode, as you can fly through objects now, if you fly underneath the 390 on the drivers coach, you will find this sign (unsure if it’s on every coach). This is also on Xbox series S!     Well, I've driven a couple of services now and have to say I'm loving the route and for me it's better than ECML!

    Yes the timetable could be a bit better (although in all honesty I'd never drive every single service) and yes, the lighting is a bit dodgy in places which Matt has already said they're fixing but it's got plenty of variety and can't wait until i can try the 710 on it so thanks to all at DTG (and Rivet if you are were involved...!),

    Route looking surprisingly good so far but the lack of passengers on certain platforms and trains is jarring. As expected the timetable really needs more realistic services to bring life to the route. A little more lineside clutter and graffiti here and there á la Goblin would not do any harm either.

    Well it has its issues which have already been talked about a lot, but I have to say I’m thoroughly enjoying this route. OHLE definitely needs tidying up in places. Pretty sure I’ve experienced a few false AWS warnings. I’ve only been driving the Pendolino so far but it’s really nice to drive.

    Strangely the Tilt is making me lean my head into corners - I do the same in car racing games. :-D

    Seems that one of the tunnels near Primrose Hill is causing a brown smear at surface level too!

    Also noticed a few missing fences, two on opposite sides of an embankment just south of Bletchley, and one immediately east of Watford Junction.

    Pleasantly surprised and impressed having cancelled then re-done my order once I saw a couple of videos. I think the route generally is modelled really nicely and accurately and the trains look great too. Timetable of course would be great if busier and boosting 350s up to 8/12 cars - maybe adding in the /3 and /4 fleet as they are similar to the /1s livery and interior wise at least.

    A few random things I've picked up:
    The speed warning board heading towards EUS at Primrose Hill tunnels has an AWS warning in real life - I didn't notice if there was a magnet for it that didn't work or if there just isn't one.
    A few AWS issues generally around Euston either not activating, or giving a warning on a green.
    Stopping point on platform 10 at Euston at least (maybe others) is weirdly positioned, I came in and stopped at the buffers and was apparently +90yds off the stop marker?
    Guard mode - quite fun actually as something I wasn't interested in at all before. Doing from the back cab works right up until the end where the signal buzzer has no effect, and you have to run into the saloon and use one at a door instead. The side light also doesn't flash when keyed in from the cab as it should. Also, it dumped me on the complete wrong platform at BLY - I cant remember what service this was but I've seen this a few times so seems to be a bug with quite a few (if not all?) services.

    Watford Junction platform 11 towards the end of the platform (in the St Albans direction) where the second set of doors from the front of the train (in the first coach), there is a signaller phone box partially sticking out of the platform

    377/2 Speed Set broken - see carriage collector and try and use it to stay at 15mph. It just brakes the train to 0 until you deselect speed set.

    PS5: After a 50-minute journey on a 350 in guard mode, my game crashed as I was closing the doors at the penultimate station before MKC.

    One thing I noticed on a stream, when driving Southbound on the Fast Line (i think in this case when driving the Class 390), when exiting the tunnel just before Kensal Green (i noticed on the info in the top left it was a few hundred yards before a 105mph speed change, and just under 4 miles left before Euston).. when using external camera the camera bounces uncontrollably when exiting this tunnel.

    something similar happened with ECML last year when exiting certain tunnels, but was fixed in a later patch (i believe back then it was caused by invisible sound boxes being too close to the track/tunnel/camera location)

    could this be looked into and added to the list to fix please? As someone who drives exclusively using external camera positioned at the front nose of the train, it's a massive issue when this happens, but hopefully it could be fixed like it was for ECML last year

    I’m on Xbox Series S and having the same issue. No matter what service I do with the Class 390, as soon as I stop in Euston, the game just shuts off. It’s weird because the performance throughout the whole route is smooth (max fps) but as soon as I enter Euston, FPS stutters a little bit, then it calms down, then when I stop at Euston, the game just shuts off. I’ve seen a few other people mention this as well.

    Noticed when I spawned in at Milton Keynes at 06:55 that the 06:59 to EUS on the platform PIS boards it said 'A Avanti' rather than 'An Avanti'

    The Class 350's Cab doesnt fully work in conductor mode, you can complete every task up until buzzing the driver, after which the game doesnt recognise it and you have to walk to another saloon based door control panel and then activate the buzzer

    On PS4 the AWS/TPWS will not work on the Pendolino even though I've double checked it's set to Normal on the panel behind me. Frustrating immersion breaker!

    You need to also switch the AWS breaker on, which is on the panel above the isolation switches.

    My only issue is the 350 having the auto numbering in custom liveries which gets annoying so is there any chance this can be removed on it. Many thanks

    THe class 350 when AI drive it, it seems the saloon lights arn't on so it's pitch black when in tunnels

    1Y24: Milton Keynes Central - London Euston on conductor mode finishes at Watford Junction and thinks Watford Junction is London Euston. After opening the doors my game froze and had to use task manager to close the game.

    Well I suppose I'd better go to bed now, but really enjoying this. A few more points from my play tonight, some if not all are probably repeats from here or other threads.

    > Door sounds on the 350 are way too quiet, when doing guard mode you should hear the satisfying slam of the full set of doors along the platform, yet you can barely hear them unless stood right next to them, and not at all from the cab
    > Down fast line towards Euston, as you come through Harrow & Wealdstone platform 4, there are two AWS magnets (both working) in quick succession for the same signal
    > Would be great if the requirement to shut the doors at the last stop is removed similar to BML and other routes, closing them 20 secs after arriving into Euston on a peak train feels totally wrong
    > Majority of the Birmingham trains seem to stop at LBZ platform 1 on the fast line then cross at Denbigh junction rather than crossing at Ledburn Junction and calling at platform 3 LBZ.
    > Any chance the 377 runs to CLJ/ECR could be allowed to be driven further towards Shepherds Bush to give us a chance to drive on the relief lines? I hitched a ride with an AI driver and saw this had all been signalled correctly so its a shame not to be able to driveit.

    Bletchley Station.
    No 4 car stop mark on platform 3.
    Bridge stairs to platform 1, landing halfway down just drops you on to the platform.
    Passengers are in the platforms rather than on them.
    Passengers lining up on platforms with no trains.

    Station name signs at Leighton Buzzard are too low.
    8.16am arrival at MK stopping at 6-12 marker board but is a 4 car

    Seems to crash as you come into Euston with no frame rate drops or major stuttering even before a crash just seems to come out of the blue always happens just as you enter the approache tho not every time even when running the same service. Also constantly getting audio popping. Seems to be even worse then with TSW4. But outher then that enjoying it so far.

    Pendolino lighting is far too short of a render distance. Makes it impossible to read speed signs (at any speed above 5mph) at night

    A few Class 350 observations on Series S, apologies if already noted elsewhere.

    The "head out" camera views maintain the in-cab noise as opposed to exterior noise.

    There is a frequently noticed audio popping noise.

    The lighting effect seems particularly strong when exiting a tunnel. It fills your cab with a dazzling white light.

    The vigilance alarm goes off while you're stopped at a station with doors open. I'm not sure if this is normal, but I haven't experienced it before on other routes

    A lot of audio popping and evident looping is present on WCML on PS5.
    Also noticeable is that on PS5, you can tell the audio is digital as it gets a weird reverb kind of effect on all routes (also applies to TSW4 too and is a fairly recent thing).

    I got the Deluxe Version of TSW 5 on my PS4 and it's fully downloaded, installed and updated and I logged in using my TSW 4 account same email same password and etc and I don't see the Class 377/2 at all. ...

    I even came here onto the DTG forums and asked for assistance too and DTG-Chris said himself on one of his forums, he said that the Class 377/2 Southern EMU is in fact part of the West Coast Mainline South across all platforms whether it's Deluxe or Special Editions.

    And on my PS4 on the West Coast Mainline South timetable on my TSW 5 all I see is the Class 350 & the Class 390 where is the Class 377/2 services on Timetable mode please ????...

    Did I do something wrong or am I just stupid???... I genuinely feel like I got tricked... Again!

    I also asked BritishAce on his latest YouTube video in regards to the WCML TSW 5 Route with the Class 390 the video is called TRAIN SIM WORLD FIRST LOOK - West Coast Mainline South & Class 390 Pendolino!.

    And BritishAce said, and I quote “Restrictions on the PS4 due to how old the system is. You should be able to spawn in a 377 in within Free Roam - click left pad on the Dpad”.

    Is this true?. Will I not get any Class 337/2 Southern EMU timetable services at all just because I'm on the PS4?...

    I purchased the Deluxe Version of TSW 5 on my PS4. And as DTG-Chris said on his previous forums replies that the Class 377/2 is in fact part of the West Coast Mainline South across all platforms on timetable mode whether it's on Deluxe or Special Version.

    So where is the Class 377/2 Southern on my PS4 on TSW 5 ??? Why don't I not get any Class 377/2 services at all ???

    I literally had to delete, and Re-download TSW 5 and all my TSW 4 content. Not just twice. But 4-5 times!!!.

    And all I can say is that I am extremely disappointed, sad, angry and this is extremely frustrating, irritating and exhausting

    I also tried to play the West Coast Mainline South on my PS4 even though it's missing the Class 377/2 Southern EMU timetable services.     Trains from Euston that terminate at MKC should terminate on platform 2, not platform 2a, as well as Birmingham trains at LBZ should cross onto the slow lines at Ledburn Jcn and call at platform 3 rather than platform 1.

    Liam has already said he'd enquire, but just to log it here. The ground materials are super shiny including grass when it rains, and also in the dry when the sun is facing a certain direction. Like TSW2 terrain materials were used?? These need swapping out.

    The game spawns you at Euston platform 5 even if you try to gaurd a service from Tring to Euston via the timetable menu.


    The game spawns you at platform 5 at Euston when really I think it should be at a more accessible area, e.g: top of the ramps.

    On the Football Frenzy scenario (which is meant to be picking up loads of people from Wembley Central) absolutely no one got on or was even on the platform.

    In terms of the route itself, as I noted in the generic feedback thread in General Discussion, driving the Pendolino in from Wembley to Euston then a little way back out in the first proper Journey scenario I was actually quite impressed. It doesn’t look half bad, especially the approaches to Euston. Obviously I need to get north of Harrow later and inspect the rest of it, but part of me now regrets the earlier hyperbole based on the stream and the idiocy of preordering twice, cancelling twice and finally settling for a third time.

    Yes there’s issues as noted and the timetable needs a makeover but maybe, just maybe, the criticism of Rivet on this occasion has been slightly overcooked. Any route builder tasked with putting together a railway this complex with all those custom structures is a bit of a steel eyed missile man (or woman!) in my book.

    In the scenario I’m playing there was a fair bit of other traffic about including plenty of DC line trains and some 8 car 350 formations.

    The Pendolino is very nice too, again as I noted elsewhere putting some decent traction audio audible in the cab is a welcome change from last years frankly boring experience with the 801. Only slight note I would feedback is that point and joint effects seem a bit over the top - sounded at times like thunder playing in the cab. But I would rather that, than sliding soundlessly across junctions and crossings like the 1442 in RT.

    The timetable does need a bit of work. All the hallmarks of a Rivet timetable with missing services and the need to lock the doors at the terminus station to be able to complete the service. As anyone who travels will know, it’s completely unrealistic to lock the doors after 30 seconds when terminating.

    Overall, the service variety and scenery are good. Seems a bit odd not to be able to go onto the concourse at Euston, though. And there doesn’t seem to be any bank of departures boards. He also noticed a few missing stop car markers at various stations and random AWS horn alerts for no apparent reason when leaving Euston.

    There's a TPWS grid on the Down Slow as you're passing Wembley Yard that will kick in and e-brake you for doing the speed limit (90mph) - very frustrating.

    If you do conducter mode on the class 350, if you accidently press the buzzer before the local door is shut ( only the gaurd control panels, not the cab) it will not shut, nor be able to shut. The local door is stuck open and will be for the remainder of the journey. Also I found that the Ai. Breakers really weird as in putting the breaks on hard for a second. Then no brake/ coast. Ect when approaching harrow and Wealdstone. (Xbox Series X)

    One thing I did notice departing Euston on the (former) carriage lines was somewhere in the vicinity of Park Street Tunnel getting an erroneous AWS warning horn with no speed restrictions (the line speed actually progressively increases) and clear signals.

    Several people already mentioned incorrect AWS warnings, but there are also a tonne of AWS ramps that are just missing altogether. I mainly noticed this on the overground line. If I remember correctly, on the overground line towards Euston, AWS ramps are missing at North Wembley and Wembley Central. Then again at Willesden Junction and then three in a row are missing between South Hampstead and Euston. I think there were more locations where signals are missing AWS ramps, I just can't quite remember where they were. Signalling and safety systems need to be carefully looked at again.
