Is anyone having a problem where the switches are set yet dispatcher doesn’t let you pass the contact signaller board

 

Yes i am having this exact same problem.

 

Any specific service? I've done a few of the light loco moves and you end up doing a lot of waiting for things to move around until you can proceed.

 

It's the freight services that start at St Austell and finish at Long Rock depot.
