you guys know that gauge-changing thing between iberian-standard
it might be one outstanding gimmick to play with, i think?
even without that, their "pato" train looks really...interesting

Sorry to derail the thread but whenever I see a post of yours I think you are like a railway encyclopaedia. How can it be that you know so much about routes, trains, but not just one country but all of them? It is unbelievable.:o

If a Spanish highspeed route was built, chances are it will be Madrid Atocha-Barcelona Sants, but that's my prediction/opinion on Spanish highspeed

That can work and if you want to introduce Renfe from an existing Country France then LGV Catalonia Languedoc Roussilon Perpignan Barcelona. That affects LGV Avignon Marseille St Charles with the AVE S100 forming the Marseille Madrid Atocha service.

I didn't know that, thanks for the extra information, so can LGV Mediterranee and LGV Catalonia Languedoc Roussillon Perpignan Barcelona get merged in that case obviously if the latter gets built for TSW?

Absolutely correct if the missing piece was built which is LGV Perpignan Avignon via Montpellier and Nimes. That way you can actually play the 08:06 Marseille St Charles to Madrid Atocha via Barcelona Sants and Perpignan. Remember it's ETCS Barcelona Sants to Nimes then TVM-430 Nimes Marseille St Charles.

Ah fantastic, that way people have more gameplay and services than on LGV Mediterranee as the route is quite short for a high speed line
