Matt says a lot of things. I distinctly remember him saying on stream that the ECW 377 would get new sounds, yet here we are three years later...

It would be very worth the trip. It’s highly requested by many to change the sounds of the 385. I always see people here bring it up. No use trying with Rivet as there forum is like a ghost town.

If they sorted the issues on Edinburgh to Glasgow & Fife Circle they’d immediately make more money on those and future routes.

Both aren’t actually far off being really good if they just put the polish on!

I bought WCL, despite that (!) I also took a gamble on Berninalinie which I actually like a lot. The scenery is stunning as I expected, and the driving is very interesting the way you merge in and out of road traffic in the quaint villages. Good variety of tasks too with both passenger and freight. The announcements in multiple languages are also cool. The mountain scenery is the best in game.
But I'm not buying anymore rivet routes at RRP unless I see good reviews or outstanding screenies like in Bernina. I'm holding off FC, though I do want the route, until the 158 gets added to the timetable and ai, and the Leven branch finally gets done. It's taking longer than the real thing!

You are doing the the correct thing by holding off on Fife Circle. Wait and see if the route is fixed when Leven comes out. I haven’t bought the Scotrail 158 yet until Leven is out.
