I have recently noted this statement from DTG as a reply to a customers technical report: DTG: "...If it's been logged it will be considered but there are a lot of requests for improvements and fixes to wade through so we have to work through these in a triage fashion..." I have myself reported technical issues, and if something is broken, it has to be fixed. Not in a triage fashion, but in a professional way, keep people informed about the status of a report. It is nice to have members discussing issues, but what about an interface where these issues can be observed. I have closed tickets, but no idea if somebody "waded through" and skipped the report in a triage fashion. You might have read this before, but I cannot believe the indifference here. Do we need a better interface in terms of bug reporting ?
