What Is That French (image) I Have Seen

I've seen a french leak (from myron) that also shows one of my favorite "broken nose"trains.
Does anyone have more info about it?

That’s not a leak, considering the SNCF is not interested in giving licensing, the broken nose we saw is more a personal creation made on the PC editor.

the "leak in question" is this loco:

made by Folezz, and this is a pretty old screenshot. since he recently is not sharing anything new of his works anymore since like 11 months this could be a DLC in the future, but nobody knows for sure.

And since Folezz is now official 3rd party, I doubt it will release. Either way, it would not serve much on LGV, only as AI in Marseille.
