US: SPG, no US freight route has surpassed it yet. BPE is very good and NYT would be if the real timetable ever shows up.

UK: TVL, NTP because, for me, they're quintessentially British.

    DE: DRA

I only play UK routes but my choice is GWE. It is a superb route (also my local one) only let down by the lack of the branch lines and various dlc classes.

UK: Still GWE; I like its variety of stock including Diesel Legends
DE: Ruhr-Sieg Nord; one of the earliest German routes I played and enjoyed in red boxes
US: Sand Patch Grade for personal reasons; my dad worked his whole life at CSX and predecessors

UK: Sehs, it has an incredible amount of variety.

US: not sure on this one but probably Nyt after the timetable update releases.

DE: Dra, same reason as Sehs.

    DE: Dresden - Riesa
I love the Variety and the beautifull scenery of Meißen.

    UK: Liverpool - Crewe
Steam Trains at full Speed are best.

    US:
I don´t play the US Content.

  6. East Coastway in the UK- its a pretty part of England and has a mix of high and low speed stuff. For the class 66 its got a really nice simple short route that can be mastered without the hud so is nice and immersive too. I havent come across any bugs on the route so I recommend it for anyone wanting to route learn something easier.

    West Somerset
    Great Western Express
    Birmingham Cross City

Reason. I have lived on the route and they all have been lovingly created

Worst has to be West Cornwall Local. Reason I also have lived on the branch line and the scenery is appalling. Whereas the other three resemble the route design of WCL doesn’t inspire me at all. It totally misrepresents the route and is certainly NOT a labour of love.

    US Boston
    German Niddertalbahn

Given the number of votes for Brighton Mainline, Riesa-Dresden and Boston-Providence, it seems like Rush Hour two years ago represents the peak of TSW, at least so far.

Boston though only really peaked once the Acela came out earlier this year with the signal fixes.

It does, despite the fact that BML still doesn't have " Rush Hour " passengers ( and likely never will now ), DRA was incomplete for a while and, as Blacknred81 says, BPE was seriously flawed for almost 2 years after launch.

Despite these shortcomings, those three routes were the last real bang for the buck.
