North Kent lines from c1980 with all 3 Charing x/ Cannon Street routes to dartford via Woolwich arsenal, bexleyheath and sidcup…. About 30 to 40ish miles of track and slammer heaven perhaps with a 33 to do the late night parcels run
My absolute top wish is for another route out of Glasgow Central. Ideally, a BR-era Carlisle to GLC route to take advantage of the wonderful stock Just Trains have provided (and throw in a 303 while you're at it). But I'd also settle for a more modern route to take advantage of how busy Central is in Cathcart Circle. Maybe head south to Barrhead and East Kilbride so you can bring in a 156, or even Ayrshire or Inverclyde lines so you can give the 380 a good run, or set it a little earlier and have 318s and 334s on it. Elsewhere, I wouldn't mind a route out of the SouthEastern side of London Victoria, whether as a new route or extension to SEHS. If new route, I don't mind the era, any time from BR up to modern day. As for the South Western division, I'd love a Waterloo route set anywhere from the 80s to modern day. Windsor lines or via Wimbledon, I don't mind. Sticking with London, another Midland Main Line route, but my ideal period would be in the 80s. Just at the time when the line was electrified so you have HSTs and 45/1s and 47s, but also the then new 317s. I loved the old St Pancras as dingy as it was at the time! And finally - I might come back with more - I'd love to see a Liverpool St route set somewhere between the 1980s and 2000s, so you can have 86s and/or 90s running express services. One of my favourite routes in the old Microsoft Train Simulator was Making Tracks' Great Eastern route. Initially to Ipswich, but later extended to Norwich. The amount of stock that came with it was ridiculous, probably the most trains/units ever that came with a route for any sim. Once in a blue moon I fire it up on Open Rails and am reminded just how good that route was.
In terms of routes, either Sheffield to Lincoln or Sheffield to Doncaster. In terms of trains, either the Class 91 (a train that seriously should be in already) or the TPE Class 185. (Which would go onto Manchester Airport Commuter or the mentioned Sheffield to Doncaster route).
the 2 things I super duper want in Tsw 5 -first generation Ac emu (super lacking in game) example of potential routes for this: • London tilbury and Southend (c2c) in the mid to late 90’s (class 302, 310, 312 and 317) or for more variety in stock type in the early 2000’s (class 310, 312, 317, 357, but in this case I would personally like a like loco add on of the 302 with its own backdated timetable as the 302 represents the lts well) • Birmingham new street to rugby and maybe even north to crewe: Pretty sure class 310’s ran on this line, not sure when or for what services, haven’t really done super research on this one. Good thing about this is that basically all other br/intercity/regional stuff can be reused (ex: class 87, upcoming class 86, 47, 31, 37, the peaks (forgot class #), 101, and much more. -second gen ac/dc emu examples for this: •great Eastern main line out of Liverpool lime street up to like Ipswich and Norwich. Class 317 and other stock used. • someplace on the dc nse network. Classes 455, 411, 421, 415, 416, 414 (yes I know it’s first gen stuff except 455 but I’m just tossing ideas). Maybe the 414-6 could be used on a route out of London canon street (would be cool cause cannon street looks cool). Either way witchever route EP brake stock would be cool and is super lacking in game! those are the only 2 things I’d like really, some older AC/DC Emu’s. (Personal preference but I really like the class 302, 310 and 317 on the ac side and on the dc side I really like the 414-6, the 411-2 and the 455) if any route has any of these it’s a first day buy for me!
first 2 yes please!!! Wood head would be so cool and 302’s and other first gen ac emu’s on the lts would be sick!! GO TRANSIT PLEASE!!! CP would be cool with their ac4400cw’s. One that I would like too would be rugby to Birmingham and Stratford would be cool too!
I would like to see a route out of London Charing Cross and London Bridge, the lines around there are really busy and we have most of the rolling stock needed. It'd also need the BREL/ABB class 465s with different sounding motors. I'd also like another GWR route, ideally in Bristol or Plymouth (which IMO would be a lot more interesting than the now electrified main line out of Paddington) with DMUs, perhaps in the transitional period between HSTs and IETs so the liveries from Liam's pack can be used. I think we need more routes with Northern, my top pick would probably be Leeds to Bradford, Ilkley and Skipton with the class 333, or Liverpool to Manchester Piccadilly with the class 319. Most importantly, I would like a South West Trains route from London Waterloo.
Europe UK Crossrail Elizabeth line France Regional trains or commuter trains Italy, any Standard gauge routes Spain (new country), any routes Germany, any routes based in Berlin Asia Japan Shinkansen or routes based in Tokyo/Osaka
Yeah, more Northern stock would be nice. That's why I mentioned two Northern routes, albeit diesel ones
yeah it would be nice if we had some nice playground for HST where you do more than 1 or 2 intermediate stops
ALP-45DP MLV III however you will have to shut them down shut them down when running on diesel power Roots the power cars are shut meaning they'll be wired to take power from the diesel locos M8 Metro-North
