I've had the same situation with tsc. I'm like 50% done and someone has approached me saying they are almost ready to publish the same route. It's never been a problem for me, I've just changed the period of mine.
Sad to hear that man, was looking forward to this route, hopefully the official one is as good as yours looks.
Well if you have only done work around the Oulton Broad area then why not head off towards Ipswich instead of Norwich? You'd get the nuclear freight branch to Sizewell plus the Felixstowe branch joining at Westerfield. Then you can have all sorts of services at Ipswich. Sounds like a winner to me

Good luck with your future project, youve demonstrated a wonderful eye for detail, I think everyone who’s seen your screenshots will want to see you succeed in creating a route. Whoever is doing Wherry Lines has been shown a very high benchmark for the route visuals. I hope they’re genuine and not just mucking you about. Disappointing DTG didn’t respond in any way.

Anyone else like me wondering where this supposed official route is? It's been long enough. This route could have been finished by now.

Potentially, but they've also stepped up their game in recent times. The Riviera Line looks visually pleasing, and I haven't noticed any bugs in my time of playing it. I think as long as DTG are watching over them they will be fine.
Hence why I used the word potential, they seemed to have upped their quality control but still have a ability to make a mess of something
was that ever confirmed by DTG? I don't remember a Wherry Lines route getting confirmed.. Might have been a rumour
