    Than you

Interesting. I always get suckered in by intel. Good marketing i guess!

What about GPU? Once again I always get sucked in by the Nvidia hype, but i hear AMD have improved a lot in recent times.

Intel's last few waves of CPUs have been an absolute shitshow, with instability issues only solvable by an update to permanently underclock them.

AMD's X3D processors are indeed the absolute top of the line for gaming. And their X range the best shout for workstations.

Nvidia are absolutely the best pick if you're running any modern game with raytraced GI. AMD have closed a lot of the gap lately on their higher end cards and in bringing FSR up to parity with the now deprecated version of DLSS Nvidia were using up until last year., but RT performance is the biggest advantage Nvidia have, and it's a significant FPS gap in such cases. AMD are nicely pricing their offerings for what you are getting compared to Nvidia though, assuming the magical unicorn instance of finding one at MSRP.

Because Intel is busy releasing home heaters now, I say this as the owner of an i5 14600KF

Thats a very nice upgrade!!! :)
Did you have the graphics settings by JetWash? This mod will reduce this compiling stutter a lot.

Use the Ultra preset that will work without problems.

You can run Ultra no doubt. And read the manual carefully. There is extra information over how you install it properly.

I’m on a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, with an RTX 5070 and 32GB of RAM. TSW runs very well. I’m playing at 1080p at maximum settings with 200% screen percentage. I’ve got TAA enabled, with extra antialiasing provided by the Nvidia Control Panel to combat TSW’s awful antialiasing… Although even then it doesn’t make much of a difference.

No hate but look for a 1440p monitor or a 4K! I have a 1440p QD-OLED its an Ultra Wide and thats amazing! And you have more advantage from the power that will deliver by the 5070 :)
