    Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is TOD4 lighting and how does it improve routes?

    The new lighting introduced in tsw3 which makes everything oversaturated. It's also dynamic and uses real world values or something. Darkness can also appear too dark. It also makes dlc more demanding graphicslly
