Well 2/3 off their playerbase comes from console...acquired on Ps4 and Xbox one...and they growed because off this...but never ever they mastered development on those platforms...now some time passed...and they want to take advantage and launch itselfs for the Future...using the extra Power in the 9th gen platforms to help in this goal...in this process they are trying to grow even more but is becoming more and more dificult for them because now they are facing new challenges from the new generation...without wining the challenges from the 8th gen platforms...they just got greed...and now they are blaming their lack off skill in developing for 8th gen saying that their game is becoming too good for this platforms...problem is that the biggest part off players are still on those systems...and their developing skill for 9th gen arent good enough either... Right now they are letting down both generations!
It is indeed something I noticed. When the missing layers for PS4 are being mentioned the "upgrade to PS5 because your console ain't good enough anymore for TSW2" is being thrown in by PS5 users. But a quick glance at the Playstation forum and it is filled with "problem x on PS5". Nothing about TSW2 screams "get a PS5" at the moment. I only fear they will have figured out PS4 when PS5 is becoming available to everyone.
