As most people do not seem to have this issue then it points to something to do with your PC. It would have helped if there was a link to your previous thread. Since there isn't then make sure you have updated your graphics driver and have the latest Windows updates if not already done.

If not already done then carry out these actions in this order whilst testing TSW in between:
    1. Verify your files.
    2. Install the required dependencies for TSW & reboot PC.
    3. Carry out a clean boot.
    4. Completely re-install TSW making sure you delete the TSW folders under \Steam\steamapps\common before re-installation. Reboot your PC after uninstalling TSW and deleting the TSW folders before re-installing.
Details on how to carry out these actions are shown in the knowledgebase for TSW on dovetailgames.kayako.com. Make sure you save your in-game progress under whatever user you nornally use to run TSW, if wanted, before re-installation. N.B. Items 2 - 4 should be run under a user with administrative privilege.

    Have you tried compatibility mode?
    1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World\WindowsNoEditor
    2. Right click TS2prototype.exe and select properties
    3. Under compatibility tab enable OS compatibility and select Windows 7
    4. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Binaries\Win64
    5. Do the same thing for TS2Prototype-Win64-Shipping.exe
