At Canton Junction station, you can see these two clearly unfinished high platforms. I do not know if this is intentional and represents the real situation. I also saw another station where the ramp for wheelchairs is missing.
There should be a ramp as well, only stairs are useless in this case, unless there is an elevator connected to the stairs.

The ramp's right there in the satellite imagery, so it should have been pretty hard to miss when modelling the station.
