Seems to me they are both at fault. But the liar in the room seems more to be ATS. They were the ones who said the wrong build was submitted by DTG. If that was the truth the actual build would have been released by now 6 weeks later. And from other statements by Alan lately have proven that that was completely false and it was never really ready to be shipped. Then there is DTG with their poor QA who should have flagged this DLC and it should of been shipped back to ATS for fixes and released later. They should never have approved it to stores in the 1st place. I also tend to think that this could have been sorted if DTG were giving more oversight with 3rd parties than the full freedom they seem to do now. But with the poor QA that would be a mute point anyways.
