Scenario Storyline: Drive the third train of the day from Providence to Boston South as the sun peaks over the horizon to begin another day. There should be no delays on your turn today and you are calling at all stations to Route 128, then fast to Ruggles, Back Bay and your terminus.

Scenario Storyline: Drive 5-Bravo-28, an ECS move from Edinburgh Waverley to Haymarket Depot on a foggy afternoon. You will be held just outside Waverley for a Leven-Edinburgh service to clear the line ahead of you towards Haymarket.

Route covered: Fontana Metrolink to San Bernardino Metrolink Yard (via San Bernardino-Downtown)

Difficulty: 2
Scenario Storyline: Finish this Metrolink service from Fontana to San Bernardino-Downtown, before changing ends to bring this set into the depot for the day. You have to contend with a thunderstorm, which is common practice here due to the high humidity found in these parts...

Progress Update: 10/08/2026

Good evening everybody, that bad news I alluded to yesterday, needs to be spoken about...

Due to an issue where my privacy settings on my Xbox "assume" that I cannot see other people's content (even though it was perfectly fine until Thursday - potentially caused by the DTL changes?) on Creators Club anymore, I have had to make the (saddening) decision to postpone ALL projects with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Even the announced ones...

My plan would be to still 'announce' the Arrow Farewell SP (just because I have the screenshots to hand) and then do my Year In Review for May through August July later this week, but after then... we'll see how everything goes.

It's something that I'll look into tomorrow, and I will give you all a heads up on whether I can continue to publish content, or whether I call it a day (through no fault of my own of course).

This only covers the Hoboken Subdivision (along with part of the Penn/NEC Subdivision to get to and from Penn/Sunnyside Yard) before anyone mentions that I haven't done anything for NY-Trenton .

Here is our Arrow III at Sunnyside ready for the long day ahead of it on its final runs along the Hoboken Subdivision, having done the farewell to the Penn Subdivision the day before .





Into Penn Station we go. We're the centre of attention today!





We climb back into the daylight, still on green signals as we head to our first call of Secaucus Junction. Hopefully we don't get caught in the end of the peak traffic towards Dover...

Scenario Storyline: Following the press event, and your well-earned lunch break, the weather has turned for the worse, meaning you have to do the next leg of the tour in the rain... the next leg takes you back to Dover, but this time, it is an express service, only stopping at Summit en-route. Just be more careful on the throttle and brakes, just with it being wet and that!

We head away from Newark Broad Street towards the Oranges .





Having picked up/dropped off at Summit, we make our way through the suburbs towards Dover.

WARNING: I may sound harsh/critical at times, either to myself or to subscribers of my content. If this is the case, this is not against any of you individually, but instead as a general consensus. Think about it as me being harsh to myself for thinking you all would like particular scenarios or liveries. It is not designed to blame the subscribers of my content but myself as the creator. Thank you. (In other words, it's just me being open with you all for once .)

TrainGeek08: From what we see here, livery popularity is beginning to increase as we go through 2026 .

Let's pick up where we left off, it's May. I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with the results here, nor would I say I'm unhappy either. It's fairly neutral this time around, and for two BR-era liveries, I feel like some representation is better than having lower subscriber counts (like some of my liveries this year - looking at you Unbranded DRS 66...)

June though, is where things slowly begin to get better. The Electrostar livery did okay, and I was really content with how it did. It was one of the first liveries I did using Rob Wood's colour cards, so could that be a contributing factor? And Avanti 390119 Revamped... what a job that was! Took me 45 hours to make that across 3 months, and that hard work has paid off. Sorry - paid off is a massive understatement. It surpassed my expectations, and is one of my best liveries of the year so far!

July... can it get any better? For once, the answer is yes! My FCC livery did really well, and to answer the prior question whether the colour cards are a contributing factor, my answer is yes they are. Thanks to Rob for making them, and I recommend you all use them too if you want to make your liveries as accurate as possible. Glossing over the Plain Blue Turbostar, we get to what has become my best livery of the year so far! The BWEGT BR 442 has surpassed expectations, and I feel like the attention to detail and the time and effort I put into that livery is being shown even today, nearing three weeks since release .

August then... unfortunately there are no liveries planned to release in August this year, so I cannot comment on my opinions this time. All I hope for is that this forward momentum continues through the rest of 2026 and into TSW7's life cycle .

TrainGeek08: Now we are talking. Onto my strong suit. Surely it means these will do better... right?

May started off quite strongly it must be said. The two German scenarios up front doing really strongly. Coswig Divert Remastered met my expectations, but the question lies with you lot. Do you want me to make more remastered versions of older work? After those two though, it went to (a word I cannot say on here). The sudden drop-off surprised me to be honest, but overall, May was a great month for scenarios in the grand scheme of things.

June then... a mixed bag again to be honest. We have numbers fluctuating between 15 and 40 subscribers for pretty much every single release here. Again, I feel neutral here. Some I feel dissatisfied with the numbers, but others override that with their own success. They cancel each other out, hence my neutral feelings about June's content. Unfortunately, the Progress Mini Pack scenarios couldn't meet the success of the livery, but hey ho!

July. Not a lot of releases as I was on holiday for a week and a half, but of the ones that were released, it went completely downhill. How could we go from doing well in May to down in the drain in July? Come on everybody... and when I thought the Riviera Line Megapack would help boost things back up, god was I wrong. Maybe I should've done WCML South again knowing how rubbish (for lack of a better term) the RLMP eventually was received. Sets me up so well for August then huh?

August has been a shambles so far. Finishing off the Riviera Line Megapack was a relief to be honest, as it was definitely getting boring uploading for eight days on the trot! And don't get me started on the stuff that has been going on with my releases this month (so far). That's what four/five posts further up this page is for. Hopefully everything else goes smoothly. The less said about August, the better IMO. I want a stronger end of the year, it's all I ask .

I don't mean to sound like a simpleton or a 6 year old and am sorry if this is a little cringe but can I call you my inspiration for realistic scenarios. Every scenario you've made since I've fully understood the game (that are compatible with my admitably feeble collection) I've tried. I haven't retained all of them because there's a max amount of subcriptions you can have.

Your knack for realistic scenarios from real life services that aren't depicted on the respective route due to the chosen time period or some other reason inspired me to make (so far) 12 (as realistic as I can) scenarios across a few different routes:

It's called WCML: Old and New Alongside. It's a Class 390 side by side with 5593 Kolhapur travelling parellel together from Milton Keynes to London Euston with a stop at Watford, all other services in that scenario are taken from the real life timetable via OpenTrainTimes.

I would like you, if you can, to make the either the Western Sunrise or Western Pilgrim railtours on GWE, the Riviera line (which they're currently represented on) is set in 2023 so I believe you'd have IET's and Elecrostar's as oppose to HST's and Turbo's.That is if you accept requests.
