Hello everyone! As a suggestion, I would choose the high-speed route from Mannheim to Stuttgart. This is a 99 kilometer high-speed route in the southwest of Germany, in Baden-Württemberg. This route is used both day and night by "DB Fernverkehr" and "DB Regio" trains, as well as freight trains and "FlixTrain". (FlixTrain only runs on one section, because shortly before Mannheim the Flixtrain takes a junction in the direction of Heidelberg). Important details: => Maximum top speed: 280 kilometers per hour => Lenght: 99 kilometers Services: 1. ICE services from Stuttgart to Mannheim and back 2. IC/EC services from Stuttgart to Mannheim and back 3. IC2 services from Stuttgart to Vaihingen (Enz) and back 4. Regional services from Stuttgart to Vaihingen (Enz) and back 5. Freight services from Stuttgart to Mannheim and back 6. S-Bahn services from Stuttgart (s bahn underground station) to Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen and back Trains: 1. ICE services are completed with the ICE 1 (left) and ICE 4 (right). 2. IC/EC services are completed with the DB BR 101 (left), intercity cars in "IC Design" and the cabcar (right). 3. IC2 services are completed with the IC2: double deck cars in white "IC2 design", the DB BR 147 (left) and the cabcar (right). 4. Regional services are completed with the FLIRT 3 in "bwegt" livery. 5. Freight services are completed with the DB BR 152 and its freight wagons. 6. S-Bahn services are completed with the DB BR 423 in red "S-Bahn Stuttgart" livery (left) or in the new white "S-Bahn Stuttgart" livery (right). I hope you like my suggestion and that DTG will build this route. If yes, make sure to like it and please let me a reply for feedback. AUCH GERNE AUF DEUTSCH. Take care and goodbye. Excellent idea and for DB BR152 it runs during the night time hours. For freight layers should be Ruhr-Sieg Nord DB BR155 & Traffic Red DB BR185.2 while Rallion Paint Main Spessart Bahn provided LZB is fitted to those locomotive. Even Rapid Transit DB BR182 LZB can be used here during night time.
Thanks for your feedback! Yes, you are right with the Taurus and the BR 185.2. But the BR 155 does not run in the south west of Germany, so I think it would make no sense. But thank you for your feedback.
What I meant is another LZB Freight Train. Some Railway enthusiasts knew LZB is equipped on DB BR155.
Ahh okay. So what about the Br 185. This loco has LZB. But normally the Br 152 without LZB is not bad so that we could have a new loco and you can add the Br 185 from MSB BRD or RSN.
Really nice suggestion, and this would be a perfect route to add the ICE 1 or 4, because both trains are really great, maybe Dtg could add the 7 car ice 4 and a 12 car one
Honestly though, if they were to make this route they should do it pre-2010 so there wouldn't be that large hole at Stuttgart Hbf. Rolling stock-wise it would be, at least for me, a lot more interesting. However the service patterns on this route would be, no matter the era, quite difficult since the IREs Stuttgart Hbf - Vaihingen(Enz) would be quite boring (one stop only, a lot of tunnels) and you might as well just take the IC if you wanted to drive on that section. All other regional trains run via the older line via Bietigheim-Bissingen. That would be more interesting for the people but I just can't imagine DTG including this line on the already long route (which I doubt they will make anyways) Three trains (a S-Bahn train, a RE/RB train and a long distance train) should be pretty doable if they reuse some stuff (the 423 and the 425 maybe?), though.
Yes, you are right. But Dovetail Games doesn't necessarily have to use the trains mentioned above. These should only be examples.
Thanks for telling me about this but I'm thinking of in-game locomotives capable of operating the Schnellfahrstrecke Mannheim Stuttgart freight service LZB during the evening. If that were to be the case only TSW2 locomotives lzb freight are DB BR182 185.2 187 DLC Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen
It’s under 100km DTG THIS IS A PERFECT ROUTE you have the licence for DB this would get so many new players to the game and so many others will buy it I swear to you
Thanks for the previous feedback. This was my first suggestion and I hope Dovetail Games will develop this route for Train Sim World 2
This is a great idea! I love that this route has many potential new trains for TSW, would love the ICE 1 and the FLIRT 3 especially
They start at Stuttgart, and continue north to the junction with the Karlsruhe line, where they head south in an inverted V-shape. Some DB IC/ICE services do this too.
Those are TGV Euroduplex. Modified versions of TGV Duplex from LGV for Switzerland Germany Austria Spoiler: What makes the Euroduplex different from In-game TGV Duplex It has switches for PZB LZB ETCS. On PZB TGV Euroduplex uses a Beeping sound like the 442 422 425 112 143 as seen on this video . Not the voice Zugbeeinflussung Male 146.2 187 185.5 185.6 185.2 Female 406 403 and lastly the OBB Announcer Chris Lohner for DB BR182 MRCE BR182 future 1016 1116 1216. The LGV DC Pantograph is used to run off DB & OBB 15kv Ac which we have in Game. Something that the base LGV Duplex can't do.
I would love some routes with multiple changes between highspeed and regular... or at least with more IC stops - thats why I love Rosenheim - Salzburg... gives you many speed changes, you have intercity, so you get that woah feeling when blasting through a station without stopping and then you got to stop at a bigger station I kinda wish we also got longer consists... I am always envious when I see a 400+m 2x RailJet parked at Wien Hbf, ready to depart towards Budapest... so glorious then watching it depart, all those 16 railcars, including locos
